Fraser Associates is a specialised consultancy working with Government departments, agencies and partnerships in the UK and abroad. Our work is focused on refining economic development policies and on learning and applying lessons from implementation of projects and programmes.

Our current programme includes:

• examining the effects of economic downturn and institutional change on strategic development initiatives in the UK.
• evaluating the management and implementation of the Cohesion Fund in 14 countries for DG Regio (in partnership with European Policies Research Centre).
• synthesising findings and policy implications from evaluations of ESF interventions across Europe for DG Empl (in partnership with METIS).
• analysis, briefing and facilitation around the 2014-20 legislative package (including in partnership with European Training Centre in Paris).
